At InkRise Academy, we are deeply committed to providing an exceptional coaching experience and genuine value to every student who joins our programs. We stand behind the quality of our coaching, our materials, and our commitment to your growth.

We understand that enrolling in a coaching program is a significant investment, and we want you to feel confident in your decision. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making your purchase, as it sets out the terms under which refunds may or may not be granted.

By enrolling in any InkRise Academy program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

  1. THE INKRISE 7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

InkRise Academy offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on both the Standard 4-Week Program and the Private 1-on-1 Coaching Program, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

If, within 7 days of the official program start date, you genuinely feel that InkRise Academy is not the right fit for you and that you have not received value, you may request a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must meet all of the following conditions:

You must submit your refund request within 7 days of the official cohort start date. Requests submitted after the 7-day window have closed will not be considered.

You must have attended at least the first live coaching session and engaged with the Week 1 program materials. Refund requests from students who have not made any attempt to participate will not be considered.

You must submit your refund request in writing via email to hello@inkriseacademy.com with the subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Full Name].”

Your refund request must include a genuine reason for requesting the refund and a brief explanation of what you felt was missing or did not meet your expectations. We take this feedback seriously as it helps us improve.

Refund requests that are vague, unsupported, or lack any reasonable basis for dissatisfaction will be reviewed carefully and may be declined at our sole discretion.

  1. SITUATIONS WHERE A REFUND WILL NOT BE GRANTED

We are firm believers in accountability and in the value of our programs. Accordingly, a refund will not be granted in any of the following situations:

2.1 Program Materials Already Delivered

If a significant portion of the program materials — including templates, swipe files, trackers, email sequence templates, and SEO keyword files — have already been delivered and accessed by the student, a refund will not be issued.

2.2 Majority of Live Coaching Sessions Attended

If a student has attended the majority of live coaching sessions — defined as three or more sessions in the Standard Program or two or more weeks of sessions in the Private Coaching Program — no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason given.

2.3 No Tangible or Reasonable Basis for Dissatisfaction

If a refund is requested without any clear, reasonable, or tangible reason — for example, a change of mind, financial reasons unrelated to the program, or dissatisfaction not related to the quality of the coaching — the refund request will be declined.

2.4 Refund Request Submitted After the 7-Day Window

Any refund request submitted after 7 days from the official program start date will be automatically declined, no exceptions.

2.5 Violation of Terms of Service

If a student is removed from the program due to a violation of our Terms of Service — including but not limited to recording sessions, sharing materials, or disruptive behaviour — no refund will be issued.

2.6 Student Non-Participation

If a student fails to engage with the program — by not attending sessions, not accessing materials, or not completing assignments — and then requests a refund claiming the program did not work, this will not be considered valid grounds for a refund. Our program delivers results to students who show up and do the work. Inactivity does not entitle a student to a refund.

  1. PAYMENT PLAN REFUND POLICY — PRIVATE COACHING ONLY

For students who have chosen the installment payment plan for the Private 1-on-1 Coaching Program:

No refund of any kind is available once a student has commenced the installment payment plan and the program has begun.

We strongly encourage all prospective students to carefully consider their decision before enrolling on an installment plan. If you have any questions or doubts about whether the Private Coaching Program is right for you, we urge you to book a free 20-minute discovery call with us at the link on our website before making any payment.

The installment plan option is provided as a gesture of goodwill and flexibility. By choosing this plan, you agree to fulfil both payments regardless of whether you continue to actively participate in the program.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Students may not cancel their enrollment in the Standard 4-Week Program after the 7-day refund window has closed. Your enrollment and payment secure your spot in a cohort with limited availability, and cancellations after this window affect both the program structure and other students.

For Private 1-on-1 Coaching, cancellation after commencement is not permitted, and no refund or credit will be issued.

If InkRise Academy cancels or postpones a cohort for any reason, enrolled students will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to the next available cohort.

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 24 to 48 business hours. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

IMPACT OF REFUNDS ON AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS

Our 30-day refund policy for students directly impacts affiliate payouts. If a student requests and receives a refund for the blogging course within our eligible refund window

Any pending affiliate commission generated from that specific sale will be automatically cancelled and deducted from the referring affiliate’s balance.
