InkRise Academy – Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Enrollment & Eligibility
By applying to the InkRise Academy Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by all terms outlined in this agreement. We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
2. Commissions & Tracking

- Commission Rate: Approved affiliates earn a flat commission of 30% on successful, fully processed sales of our blogging course (priced at ₦50,000). This equals a payout of ₦15,000 per valid sale.
- Tracking Cookie: Referrals are tracked via browser cookies dropped by our system. The cookie lifespan is exactly sixty (60) days. The last affiliate link clicked by the user before purchasing receives the credit.
- Self-Referrals: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from purchasing the course through their own affiliate links. Self-referral sales will be permanently voided.
3. Payout Schedule & Thresholds

- Payout Frequency: Commissions are calculated and paid on the 30th day of every month for sales that have successfully cleared our student refund window.
- Minimum Threshold: The minimum payout threshold is ₦30,000 (equivalent to two course sales). If your balance is below ₦30,000 at the end of the month, your earnings will roll over to the following month until the threshold is met.
- Payment Delivery: All payouts are processed via manual local bank transfer using the banking details provided in your affiliate dashboard.
4. Coupon and Discount Policy

- Official Discounts: Affiliates may only promote official, company-approved discounts or promotional campaigns publicly announced by InkRise Academy.
- Custom Affiliate Discounts: If an affiliate wishes to offer an unauthorized or exclusive discount coupon to their audience to incentivize sales, 100% of that discount value will be deducted directly from that affiliate’s personal commission payout, not from the company’s share.
5. Prohibited Promotional Methods

- Affiliates must not engage in spamming, unsolicited emailing, or dropping links indiscriminately in unauthorized Facebook groups, forums, or comment sections.
- Cloaking links in a way that misleads potential students is strictly prohibited.
6. Relationship of Parties
Participation in this program does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the affiliate and InkRise Academy. You operate strictly as an independent contractor.
7. Termination
InkRise Academy reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms, fraud, or behavior that damages our brand reputation. Forfeiture of unpaid balances may occur in cases of flagrant policy violations.
